Fee Explanations

Enrollment Fee – A non-refundable $200.00 Registration Fee is charged to all students.

Student Activity Fee – A $500.00 Student Activity Fee is charged to all students. This fee includes: books, art and lab supplies, student identification badges, student photo packet, retreat fee and admission to all home athletic events.

Family Fundraising Fee – A $500.00 Family Fundraising Fee is charged per family, not per student. In order to offset this cost, families can take advantage of our Tuition Reduction Program (see below).

Senior Fee – A $125.00 Senior/Graduation Fee is charged to all seniors.

Tuition Payment Options

Option #1 – One Payment in Full – 3% Tuition Discount if paid by July 20th; no discount after July 20th or if on financial assistance.

Option #2 – Quarterly Payments – due by July 20th, October 20th, January 20th, and April 20th.

Option #3 – Monthly Payments – 11 automatic or mail-in payments on the 5th or 20th of the month – July to May.

Option #4 – Special Agreement Plan – must meet with the School Administration and establish a plan in writing with payments made through STS.

Financial Aid

Application: Families applying for financial assistance must complete the STS Financial Aid application online at Simple Tuition Solutions.

Deadline: The deadline to apply for financial assistance is April 15th. If applying after the April 15th deadline, please notify our Tuition and Financial Assistance Coordinator, Mrs. Lisa Toolan, so that your application can be processed.

Notification: Families will be notified of financial aid and scholarship awards on or about June 1st. If the application is submitted after the deadline, notification will take place as soon as the application is processed.

Scholarships

As part of the total assistance package, the following scholarships are available to incoming students:

The Eastern Pennsylvania Scholarship Foundation (EPSF) provides need-based scholarships to students attending Catholic schools of the Diocese of Allentown. Scholarships are provided by businesses that participate in the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program or the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit Program and choose to donate to Bethlehem Catholic High School through EPSF. Students must be a resident of Pennsylvania and meet income guidelines established by the state. Students are qualified for these scholarships through the STS Financial Aid application. There is not a separate application for these awards.

Future Hawk Scholarships are available to 8th grade students from Catholic schools that will be attending Bethlehem Catholic in 9th grade. Scholarships are awarded based on a number of criteria outlined on the application.

Tuition Reduction Program 

Gift Certificate Program:  With Becahi’s gift certificate program, families can purchase gift cards for supermarkets, pharmacies, department stores and restaurants.  Four percent of all gift card purchases are credited to tuition accounts quarterly.  The program operates year round.
