“Golden Hawk For A Day” Program
An important way to see if Bethlehem Catholic High School is the right school for you is to visit for a day. In our “Golden Hawk for A Day” Program we pair interested 8th grade students with current freshmen. The visitor spends the day with us – going to classes, eating lunch, touring the campus and participating in the day’s events.
Questions…and Answers:
What day can I come to visit Bethlehem Catholic?
Eighth grade students can visit beginning in the first full week of September. The program will continue throughout the year. We may restrict students from coming on days when we have special schedules or no academic classes. Seventh grade students may visit during the spring of the second semester.
Where do I go on my visitation day?
The Bethlehem Catholic school day is from 8:05 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Typically a shadow day will start at 9 a.m. and conclude at 1 pm. However, we can be flexible with those times based on your needs.
When you arrive, enter the school through the main entrance. Once inside the school you will go to the Main Office. A member of our office personnel will let Mrs. Calantoni, our Director of Admissions, know that you have arrived. After meeting with Mrs. Calantoni, you will be introduced to your freshman guide for the day.
Once classes end your freshman guide will bring you back to meet with Mrs. Calantoni for a wrap-up interview to discuss your experience.
What should I wear?
If you go to a Catholic grade school, students may wear their grade school uniform. However, boys and girls can also follow the Bethlehem Catholic fall/spring dress code:
- Khaki/dress pants or skirt
- Collared or polo shirt
- Dress shoes
- Should I bring anything with me?
Lunch is on us when you visit so the only thing you really need to bring is your enthusiasm for the day!
Can I choose my guide?
Yes, you may request a guide but the guide should be a freshman. If there is a particular interest that you have (e.g., choir), we can match you up with a freshman who participates in that activity or sport.

Open House
Please join us for one of our Open House Programs. There will be two programs this year, one in the fall and one in the spring (see the Becahi School Calendar for exact dates). Both Open House Programs will take place on a Sunday, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth grade students, as well as transfer students, are invited to join us for this great day. Bring your families and come see what Bethlehem Catholic High School is all about. This will not be an ordinary tour of our campus. When you come to the Becahi Open House, you will be able to:
Meet Our Students: They will share stories of their Becahi experience: academics, service work, athletics, extra-curricular activities, friendships forged and goals set and accomplished. And they’ll show you what our Golden Hawk pride is all about!
Visit With Our Faculty and Administrators: They are highly accomplished, professional and caring. They will be able share information about our special programs. Come prepared to meet the Principal, Dean of Students and Teachers.
Meet Our Coaches and Activity Moderators: What’s your special talent? Coaches and moderators will be available to discuss with you all the ways you can involve yourself at Becahi. We offer over 30 teams in men’s and women’s athletics as well as over 35 extra-curricular activities.
Visit Our First Rate Facilities: The school will be open and on display for you to see and tour. We will have special demonstrations for you to see throughout the tour. Individual tours are also available during the school day for those who cannot attend the Open House. Just call for an appointment.
If you are unable to attend one of our Open House Programs and would still like to tour our campus, please contact our Director of Admissions, Mrs. Christine Calantoni at 610-866-0791, ext. 313 or ccalantoni@becahi.org.
Parent Information Sessions
It is our goal to provide you with all of the information necessary to make Becahi your school of choice. In order to do so, the Office of Admissions offers two Parent Information Sessions during the fall, one at night and one during the school day (see School Calendar for exact dates). These sessions will give you the opportunity to learn more about our school, our students and our faculty.
For additional information, please contact our Director of Admissions, Ms. Christine Calantoni at 610-866-0791, ext. 313 or ccalantoni@becahi.org. We look forward to seeing you soon!
