Diana Kotlar Tice began her teaching career in 1999, and has been teaching at Bethlehem Catholic all of that time. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fordham University with a B.A. in French and holds a certificate from Columbia University in Executive Marketing Management. Besides teaching French (levels 1 through 5), she teaches distance learning Spanish 1 with the 8th grade of St. Theresa School in Hellertown. She is also the World Language and Theater Department Chair, Debate coach, Peer Listener and French Club moderator. She is a Nobel Claes teacher of distinction. Prior to teaching, she worked in the steel industry, first for the French Steel Company and then began a joint venture between the French and Bethlehem Steel. She was honored to be the first female vice-president at Bethlehem Steel. When the subsidiary was sold, she joined the teaching profession to find greater personal satisfaction. She is deeply grateful for her home here with colleagues and students at BECA.
