Mrs. Miller enjoys feeling like she can make a difference in someone’s life every day. To her, teaching is not an occupation, it’s a passion. She strives to share her enthusiasm with students in hopes of sparking an interest in and appreciation for science that may not have been there before. Mrs. Miller incorporates a variety of teaching strategies into her lessons in order to help all students succeed. Students never know what to expect when they walk through her classroom door.
Mrs. Miller attended the University of Scranton where she majored in Secondary Education and Biology and graduated with her B.S in Secondary Education. After teaching for many years in public schools in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she began teaching at Becahi in 2014. She teaches Honors Biology and CP Biology and enjoys working on Science Olympiad.
